The ETFs below hit our 'over sold' screen as of 1.20.09 close - many other sectors and country specifics are not too far behind. A few additionals...nobody wants to catch a falling knife - asset classes can remain under pressure for a long time - it's one thing to buy cheap, or relatively cheap, it's another to buy cheap with improving fundamentals or momentum ( as my colleague is SO often reminding me.)
